- April 15: the FDA took 12 peptides, including BPC-157 and TB-500, off its list of compounding ingredients that raise significant safety concerns.
- July 23–24: an FDA advisory committee recommended six of them for the list compounding pharmacies can use, against the advice of FDA staff.
- Now: the FDA hasn't acted on that recommendation. None of these peptides is an FDA-approved drug.
